To support our post-16 students, we invited families who have almost finished their journey with us at wren to come in and discuss potential placements and support with their child moving into adulthood.

Thank you to all the providers that have attended: NNC, Vista care, Teamwork, Access, Richardson Care, the cube and the Smile day centre for coming in and offering guidance as our families take the next step.
