All admissions to Wren Spinney School are managed through the Local Authority EHCP Team.
When a consultation is received from the Local Authority, and we believe we may be an appropriate setting, we will visit them in their current placement.
If Wren Spinney School is named on their EHCP, we will then aim to complete a second visit, typically completed by their future class teacher.
For phase transfer (Year 6-7) we offer two transition days in early July where students are supported by their current school.
For non-phase transfers, we seek to offer a bespoke transition experience which may include short visits, a school tour or gradually increasing timetable, based on the needs of the student.
