Last Friday, our school was filled with rhythm and joy as we welcomed a talented African drummer from One Drum! 🪘🎶 The energy was absolutely electric — music echoed through the halls, and our pupils were captivated by the vibrant beats and movement. 💃🕺

Everyone had a chance to learn about African musical traditions, and our pupils loved getting involved with drumming and dancing. 🥁✨

To complement the celebration, our kitchen team prepared a delicious African-inspired lunch menu 🍽️🌶️ — which our students really enjoyed! Pupils had the opportunity to explore new flavours and enjoy a taste of African cuisine — a perfect way to bring culture to the table!

It was a truly memorable way to celebrate Black History Month together🙌
